2205 Duplex ASTM A789 SS Hydraulic Control Line Tubing 3/8" OD

2205 duplex stainless steel is smelted and manufactured in its solid-quenched structure in which the ferrite phase and the austenite phase are half of the stainless steel, referred to as 2205 stainless steel, also called 2205 duplex steel. The actual phase ratio is that ferrite occupies 45-55%, and the corresponding austenite occupies 55-45%. The excellent performance of 2205 duplex stainless steel is guaranteed by an appropriate ratio of two-phase structure.

2205 duplex stainless steel has excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and good weldability, and has a wide range of uses in the oil and gas industry, marine engineering, chemical industry and other industries. The length of the oil and gas pipelines laid by duplex stainless steel in the oil and natural gas industry has exceeded 850km, and most of them are 2205 duplex stainless steel seamless steel pipelines (some are S31803 duplex stainless steel pipelines and 2507 duplex stainless steel pipelines).

This product is mainly used to inject chemical reagents into oil and gas wells. Connect the 3/8" hydraulic control line to the downhole chemical injection valve, a certain concentration of cleaning chemicals can enter the chemical injection valve from the ground through the hydraulic control line and then be discharged into the underground pipeline, which can effectively remove tubing fouling.
